These little gems are fantastic for presentation and eating. They are all different in flavour and texture and are just fun to cook with. Kids will love those truly funky pumpkins, and even people who supposedly don't like pumpkins might be converted!
The best way to experience the different flavours is to steam them. Cut pumpkins in half horizontally, remove seeds, place upside down in a baking dish with water and steam for about 20 to 30 min at 200 degrees Celsius. Drizzle some olive oil or butter on and enjoy!
