Do you want or need a variety that we don't currently produce?
We are passionate about producing unusually beautiful and tasty vegetables, but we don’t have all the ideas.
As part of our commitment to the foodies of Western Australia, we are happy to look at producing varieties of vegetables that are not currently part of our production. As long as we can legally acquire the seeds, we'll give them a try.

PUMPKINS & SQUASHES
We currently produce over 30 varieties of pumpkins and squashes. Some we are trying for the first time, so supplies are limited, but others are well-established in our markets and have proved to be very popular with the local foodies.
Our tomatoes are well-established award winners, having won the Delicious Award for the last two years. The taste qualities of our approximately 40 varieties are unequivocally our focus, simply because the flavour is what really matters. Our tomatoes can look a bit strange at times, but once they hit the taste buds, the memory of any "strange appearance" disappears with the realisation that something very special has just been eaten.
EGGPLANTS / AUBERGINES
We have produced about 15 varieties of eggplants (aubergines) this year.We are still unsure about what amount will be produced due to a supply problem with our seedlings, but they are all sensationally beautiful to look at, and amazingly varied in taste, texture and potential use in the kitchen.
CAPSICUMS, PEPPERS AND CHILLIES
We have produced a number of the older varieties, including green, yellow and red Californian Wonders, purple/black and orange capsicums, as well as Corno di Toro, padron and shishito peppers.
We grow limited amounts (this year) of medium to super hot chillies, mainly for the lovers of hot chilli sauces. The hot chillies always very late to mature in the southern area, but the late maturation does not affect their quality.
